The Bristol & District Chess League

Summer Lightning Championship

Keynsham and Clifton drew their final round match 18-18. This left both teams on seven match points, but Clifton had the superior number of game points. However, as Keynsham pointed out, the rules of the competition did not specify a tie break, so Keynsham and Clifton share the title.
Summer Lightning This event was a four round Swiss played between 1st June and 31st August 1998.
