Was at a game monday and the following situation occured. The match was a league match 35 moves in 1hr 15 then 15 minutes finish. Player A and B were involved in a playing the 27th to 35th move-just before the initial time control. Player A has less than 5 minutes minutes on the clock so stops recording the moves. Player B responds almost instantly to Player A's moves-not recording himself. They eventually reach 35 moves and player A complains because the other guy with plenty of time left hasnt been writing down the moves. What happens?
