I think most of us in the league must know by now that when you get under 5 minutes there is no need to keep score. If an Arbiter was present then the player under 5 bminutes might get an extra 2 minutes as a penalty or a warning - Graham can confirm better than me. I think that it is down to the player to spot that his opponent is not recording and stop the clocks and warn him. If it occurs again then surely a penalty of 2 minutes must be awarded.
