Neil Graham’s note on the Nottingham Website and the BDCL note “Quickplay Guidance” on the BDCL website are not current as they reference FIDE laws at 1 July 2005. The BDCL rules use the latest set of FIDE rules, which came into effect on 1 July 2009.
