It seems very likely that the Cotswold Congress (Cheltenham) will not happen this year. Whether it will come back in future years remains to be seen. In the meantime, it would have been bank holiday weekend, 2-4 June. Can we fit another one in, to 'bags' the date? Will we get people coming who would have gone to Cheltenham? It will be only 5 weeks after the Bristol Spring Congress, so what does everybody think?

Would this replace the Bristol Spring if we ran it on these dates? if so we wouldn't be able to give out the League winners' prizes at the AGM (as we incorporated it into the Bristol Spring), and the South Lakes is scheduled for the week after (which I know is a big draw for a lot of people!)

Sounds great, you'd probably get two entries from our house. :-)
