It was a great event I'm sure all who attended will agree. 22 players attended the final round of the Downend Quickplay.

=1st Mike Brigden (Downend) 14
=1st Paul Hatchett (Thornbury) 14

3rd Jerry Humphreys (Downend) 13.5

4th Tom Thorpe (Patchway) 13

5th Jim Sherwin (Bath) 12

U150 grading - Adrian Champion (Cabot) and Stuart Iles (Clevedon)

U125 grading - Graham Strickland (Horfield)

U100 grading - Pat Birch (Downend) 7

Junior prize - Matthew Wilson (Downend) 7

Thanks to Shaun Walsh and Geoff gammon for organising another fun tournament, and I look forward to next year's installment

Thanks Tom, your memory is pretty good!

It was Stuart Iles who shared the U150 grading prize with Adrian Champion and Graham Strickland's was the U125.

See you all next year!

Cheers Geoff :) I had most of the results written down, but missed the grading prizes.

Apparently Jim Sherwin got the dates mixed up ( there was a mistake on one of the early flyers! ). This was a great pity as Jim has always been a staunch supporter of this event ( but I expect the prize money helped lol ).
